Thanks for coming to the UNLV Boyd Law Whaddup Wednesday Session!

Hello!

Thanks for coming to the UNLV Boyd Law “Whaddup Wednesday” Session!

I’m sending huge love to the group and am mega-thankful to Dean Brian Wall, Professor Nancy Rappaport, and Student Leader Jessica Westin, for letting me share some love with you.

I hope the session was helpful and you were able to take something away from our time together.

Was it a bit more self-care? Was it the techniques for creating healthy habits? Was it a realization that you are not your job title?

Or was it something else?

Whatever it is, I would LOVE to know what resonated for you. Tell me in the comments below or fill out this form to let me know anonymously.

Also, I have a little invitation for you: let’s schedule a Superpower Strategy Session together to talk about whatever it is you’re struggling with, so you can get start to get past it.

And, before you go, click here to listen to my podcast on your favorite platform, so you can keep learning about your own self-care, wellness, and health, and find some clarity in your decisions. I want you to have the confidence and courage you need to build the life you want!

I am here for you. Let me help you … and as Glennon would say, “You can do hard things.”

– Sheila

P.S. If you like what we did together, I would be honored if you’d follow me on Instagram so we can continue the conversation: @sheilamwilkinson and/or @creatives.ed๐Ÿ’•

P.P.P.S. If you haven’t read Glennon Doyle’s book, Untamed, check it out. Seriously.
