A transformative, safe, fully-vetted, 6-month group program designed for highly-educated, experienced, mid-career licensed professionals ready to make lasting improvements at work and at home!

Constant emotional and logistical overwhelm doesn’t have to be a “normal” part of life. You have the power to reclaim your energy, improve your time management and to-do lists, and significantly reduce your stress. The best part? You don’t have to do it alone.

And maybe you’re saying, “But Sheila, I’m not alone! I have my therapist and my closest friends and a couple of family members I can rely on.”

That may be true, so now I ask – if you’ve been doing talk therapy for a while, how is it working out? And do you ask your friends regularly to support you in more than just dinner or coffee and a vent session? Do you ask your friends to run errands, or pick up groceries, drop kids at birthday parties, or grab dogs from the groomers?

The tough truth is that a lot of professionals go to therapy, but therapy will only take you so far. Having a close-knit circle of friends to vent to will only take you so far. Family’s never-ending “you got this!” hurrah will only take you so far. I know this firsthand as a Social Worker, but I also know this from LIFE experience.

We try to pretend we can compartmentalize our professional life from our personal life, but we can’t do that. I see you: trying to do it all, with very little support, constantly running around like a chicken, but you’re more than your to-do lists and late nights and early mornings. There’s a human in there who needs to be mended, tended to, and fully cared for.

If we don’t address our overwhelm (read: under-resourced lives), we can’t be the better person we want to be, which also means we can’t be the better professional we know we can be. With the support of The Professional Collective, you’ll start to achieve those elusive personal breakthroughs and create the bonds you need to help you heal and move forward in your life and at work, all in a judgment-free zone. Together, we’ll help you drop back into your own truth.

I’m sure you want to feel like your work matters. To be in alignment with your personal values – to help people and change the world. To feel proud of what you do and the impact you have, without feeling “stuck” in a role you don’t love or find draining.

Chances are, you’re probably done with:

  • Stressful clients and colleagues who push on your boundaries
  • Decision fatigue and overwhelm, especially when you know you need to make some serious personal and professional decisions but can’t muster up the brain power to do it
  • Burnout from people-pleasing, overcommitting, going above and beyond, and prioritizing everybody else’s needs to the detriment of your own personal well-being
  • Struggling to plan your day-to-day because every time you do, somebody throws a wrench into your day (hello, early school pickup for no reason other than the sun is shining)

If you’re ready to have more control over your time and energy, feel empowered in your decisions, create work-life harmony, and feel like your life has a purpose other than to eat, sleep, and work, all while having the support and connection you need because you’re under-resourced, then The Professional Collective is for you.

You’ve worked hard to get where you are, but it probably feels like no matter how much you give, it’s never enough.

I’m sure you actually care about making sure the people you are responsible for are taken care of properly and fully, but juggling the demands of clients, colleagues, and family, somewhere along the way, you probably lost sight of yourself.

And you probably want to be sure that your relationships are nourishing and supportive, but stretching yourself thin between work demands, personal obligations, and the pressure to “do it all” is a no-win situation.

Chances are you try to set aside a little time for yourself each week, but when push comes to shove, something that you think or feel that you should be doing rears its ugly head and you can’t relax, so you jump right into it, in a hurry to get it done and off your plate.

My guess is that you’ve probably tried time management apps, “just say no” advice, talk therapy, and you might have even scaled back a bit at work or on how often you clean your house.

But if nothing feels sustainable and the same patterns keep coming up – struggling to prioritize, finding yourself stuck in cycles of people-pleasing and people-hating, overwhelmed to the point of emotional and physical exhaustion, running around like a chicken with your head cut off, then chances are you need more support than you have right now. That’s where we come in.

We will walk with you through all of the muck and yuck, in a kind, supportive, and meditative space, so you can take care of yourself the way you need (and want!)

You can expect to learn all kinds of skills and get immense clarity on a plethora of topics, like:

  • Accurately estimating how long tasks and projects will actually take (and understanding the difference between procrastination and delay, which is leading you to make your to-do list all wrong!)
  • Becoming a PRO at prioritizing what you actually need to be involved in, and delegating the rest (including who to delegate it to and why!)
  • Gently, yet deeply, analyzing your strengths and opportunities (while also identifying your weaknesses and barriers to creating the balance you’re looking for in your life and work)
  • Understanding why you stay pissed off and frustrated when “they” keep doing the exact thing that you’ve told them not to do (and even better, how to fix this!)
  • Crafting the exact language to use when communicating to those frustrating humans that take up too much time and energy in your day (with Gentle Accountability™ to actually have that hard conversation)
  • Making life, work, vacation, and relationship goals that FEEL GREAT, and are both doable and reasonable (with the support you need to make them happen!)

Above all, you’ll get the real clarity you’ve been looking for as to what’s next in your life, ensuring you are surrounded by the right people, the right work, and the right pay each and every day.

Imagine being able to rest, relax, and reset on the weekends and holidays, feeling like you can be present without the weight of constant worry or guilt.

You’ll be able to do all of that as soon as you:

  • learn to set boundaries that stick,
  • overcome self-doubt that leaves you questioning your ability to meet the demands of everyone around you (including yourself),
  • stop running on autopilot and learn how to stop before you’re exhausted,
  • are able to master the boundaries you yearn for by saying no with confidence and protecting your time and energy,
  • redefine what success means to you, and start aligning with what truly matters to you, and
  • learn to develop practical tools to navigate challenges without sacrificing your well-being …

These are exactly the kinds of topics we address in each Collective Call!

Time to take a breath …

Being with us means finding, realizing, and implementing the power you already have.

  • Make confident, aligned decisions that support your well-being and goals.
  • Blend your work and personal life in a way that feels fulfilling, sustainable, and aligned with your values, while also contributing to the greater good and growing as a person and professional.
  • Reclaim control over your time and energy, leading to a more intentional, empowered approach to your daily life.

The Professional Collective is not about adding more to your plate.

We don’t ask you to push harder or pretend things are fine. It’s about creating sustainable strategies and a strong support system that honors who you are, where you are, and where you want to go in your work and life.

A long-lasting, satisfying professional career inside of a life that you love and enjoy comes from:

  • having mental clarity and emotional resilience, while also making decisions that you don’t second-guess
  • having control over your life and making intentional choices, especially around work-life balance, since we want your work to fit into your life (not the other way around)
  • doing work that matters, feeling proud of what you do and who you help and the impact you make, without feeling “stuck” in a role you don’t love
  • saying no when you need to and not overcommitting yourself to things that drain you, and managing your time and energy in a way that doesn’t feel like you’re being pulled in a million directions
  • being and feeling deeply seen, heard, and understood by others who are going through similar challenges, and being a part of a community that gets what you’re going through and who offers you genuine support, resources, and validation

The Collective is for you if:

  • You’re ready to stop feeling stuck in a career that no longer serves you.
  • You want to stop overcommitting to others at the expense of yourself.
  • You’re constantly questioning if you’re doing “enough” and you’re getting nowhere.

You define success on your own terms – like keeping a brag book and using it regularly to stay motivated and confident, making sure your scope of work matches the work you love, getting regular increases in your pay without sacrificing your sleep, and working only when you need to work to get the job done and not going overboard to prove you’ve “earned your keep.”

Your time and energy are focused on what truly matters – walking into your house and leaving work at the door, and taking regular, unplugged, no-laptop vacations that are marked off on the calendar six months in advance and not apologizing for taking good care of yourself.

You have the tools to handle career and life challenges with ease – feeling completely supported and fully resourced with people at work and at home with a badass Power Team, communicating exactly what you need to the people who can give it to you and not taking “no” for an answer, and making decisions that feel great without sacrificing what you want in the short-term.

  • Managing the unspoken expectations that others place on you—and that you place on yourself.
  • Learning how to navigate boundaries in a way that protects your energy without guilt.
  • Rebuilding your confidence to make clear, intentional decisions.
  • Giving you emotional relief and mental clarity so you can finally rest and feel calm.
  • Helping you gain confidence in your decisions so you feel empowered in your career and life.
  • Creating Work/Life Harmony so you no longer feel like you have to choose between your career and personal life.
  • Fulfillment and purpose in your work so you can feel like what you do matters.
  • More control over your time and energy, allowing you to prioritize what’s truly important.
  • Having a supportive community where you feel understood, connected, seen, and validated.

If you’ve been waiting for permission to do things differently, then this is it.

Inside The Professional Collective, you’ll learn:

  • You don’t have to spend years in therapy rehashing everything, trying to figure out how to reclaim your time and energy on your own, never seeing a consistent return on your investment.
  • You don’t need to sacrifice your personal life to “prove” your worth to anyone – not your boss, not your colleagues, not your family, not even yourself.
  • You don’t have to follow one-size-fits-all (not very helpful) advice like “take some time off” or “manage your time better” or “do more yoga and meditate” that ignores your unique challenges, especially when you feel like you have zero control over your time or energy.

The Collective is a space and community to actively work towards Future You, with the real accountability and support you’re probably trying to find in your family and friends, but can’t. As an added bonus, connect with others without the fear of meeting new (weird) people … I don’t bring anyone into this space that I wouldn’t want to spend all day with, which means: everyone is vetted! 🥰

There are tons of big-ass “coaching” groups out there, claiming to give you the support you need, but when you get into them, it’s you in a sea of faces and there’s no actual discussion or connection with the facilitator or each other. Sure, you can learn from other people’s experiences and engage in the chat, but that’s not how I do things. I keep our groups small on purpose.

This isn’t just about learning; this is about IMPLEMENTING and APPLYING the intellectual knowledge about what you know you need to do, in order to RECONNECT to your true self and actually take the steps to DO IT.

It’s about giving you the tools and insight and support that you actually need to create and execute your life’s dreams. You won’t go it alone – with us, you’re supported, loved, seen, and recognized.

This is a supportive network of like-minded professionals who understand the pressures we all face and it will offer practical advice, encouragement, and camaraderie.

And in case you’re worried: What happens in The Collective stays in The Collective. We all agree to keep what we see, hear, read, and experience confidential and private. We can certainly shout-out all of the badasses in The Collective, but from day one, we agree to keep details private.

It’s time to redefine your work and your life, and to reclaim your joy. Join us in The Professional Collective!

Here’s what’s included:

TL;DR:

  • Intentionally small, kind, compassionate group – usually 6 to 8 pros like yourself
  • One live virtual call and one live virtual touch-point each month (No recordings – it’s just us)
  • An ongoing “Circle” Support Group, Weekly Planning, and a personalized Collective Notebook
  • Through written prompts and facilitated discussion, you’ll go on a supported journey of self-exploration & clarity, then get recaps of our work together afterwards to solidify lessons
  • $555/month for 6 months (The next group is July – December 2026)
  • Our first call is the week of July 13, 2026!

Let’s go deeper.

1. Monthly Collective Calls

  • One (1) bigger call each month, usually the 2nd Tuesday in the early evening (unless noted otherwise, i.e. for holidays, group decision, etc.).
  • Each Call is a two-hour group-think call, with a facilitated deep-feeling and deep-realization journaling and reflection activity, mini-breakouts, and roundtable problem-solving sessions. We end with a big takeaway and an “Ask Me About” – you tell us what you want us to ask you about next time, and we help keep you steady!
  • I keep my groups small (no more than 8ish people). This isn’t like “Masterminds” where Members are assigned dates. I will facilitate the group as best I can to ensure everyone has equal/fair/equitably dedicated time to share, brainstorm, get feedback, etc. You’ll have your own time to go deep for yourself; you’ll share for yourself, as well as supporting others by asking questions, offering your experience, and providing real-world examples you’ve encountered.

2. Touch-Points/Check-Ins/ Ask Sheila Anything

  • One (1) shorter call each month, usually on the 4th Tuesday (unless noted otherwise, i.e. for holidays, group decision, etc.).
  • This check-in is about 45 minutes, an hour max, and it’s just to touch base and see how you’re feeling. Nothing to prepare; just show up. If you can’t make it due to a conflict, you’ll send us an update via Circle.
  • Unlike the longer Collective Calls, this is not a “facilitated” space – it’s for you to bring follow-up questions, wins, and aha moments since we met last.

3. Ongoing Support Group on Circle (for Collaboration + Community)

  • Circle is a cross between a Facebook Group, Teams, and Slack. You’ll be invited and log into the Circle website, or you can log in separately and keep it open on your computer or mobile browser. There’s also an app you can download to post, learn, reply to questions, and read on the go. We generally stay off social media.
  • First and foremost, the Circle Group will be your place; a space where you can post and support each other between our meetings, and a place where you can post ideas and get feedback.
  • The Circle Group has Basic Rules of the Community to keep discussions on-topic, relevant, and helpful to every one. Once you’re in, you’ll see those outlined for you.

4. A “Collective Notebook” in Google Docs, if you want it

  • I can provide a special, themed “Notebook” in Google Docs for you, if you want it. This will serve as a running notebook for you for all of your notes, ideas, and most importantly, for goals and plans that come out of our Collective Calls.
  • I can set up the outline and structure for you, complete with checklists and links to everything I can think of. You’ll be able to edit and you’ll also be able to see the themes we’ll discuss each month in advance.
  • In addition to checklists each month, you’ll also have a Prep checklist to help you get set up and ready for the month ahead.
  • I will also provide you with prompts for Circle and our meetings, so you can be prepared in advance, engage, and support others.
  • If you choose it, The Notebook will also allow me to pop in to see where you are on things, and offer feedback, too. It’ll be easier to share, comment, brainstorm, and work together if we need to!
  • The Notebook is purely optional; use it or don’t. It’s a place for you to see patterns and take notes.

5. Access to my Signature Program, “Building Blocks”

  • You will be enrolled (for free!) in Building Blocks, my Signature Program and the base of all the work I do one-on-one. The six Modules inside of Building Blocks will frame the discussions we have in our Collective Calls. It’s not mandatory, but it’s certainly helpful if you want to truly make the leaps and bounds!

6. Weekly Planning & Reflection Opportunities

  • You will receive a link to a Weekly Planning & Reflection form that you can choose to fill out when it feels right and you want to stay on track.
  • Topics in the form include happiness scores, open journaling prompts, celebrating wins, spaces for intentional gratitude, setting health intentions for the week ahead, and more!
  • The Weekly Planning & Reflection is purely optional; use it or don’t. It’s a supportive place for you to see patterns and give yourself kudos.

🙌🏽 The Collective is made up of three core pieces:

  1. Collective Calls
  2. Touch-Points/Check-Ins/Ask Sheila Anything
  3. Ongoing “Circle” Support Group

To support you between these core pieces, you’ll have access to three additional pieces:

  1. A “Collective Notebook” in Google Docs
  2. Access to my Signature Foundations Program, Building Blocks
  3. Weekly Planning & Reflection Opportunities

Life’s too short to live a life that’s not yours. Join The Professional Collective™ for $555/month for 6 months.

(The next group is July – December 2026)

Take the first step toward the clarity you never knew you needed.

The Frustration

The most common thing I hear from professionals is that they did everything they were supposed to do, but somehow, it’s never enough.

The More

They always think there’s got to be “more” … but the problem is they don’t know what “more” is, let alone how to get it.

The Same

Instead of figuring it out, they keep white-knuckling each day with a deep sense of unhappiness and a desperate need for deep rest.

How do I know if The Professional Collective is for me?
  • Great question! 🦄 The Collective is built for those who are feeling like there’s something more out there for Future Them, but unsure how to get it and/or are hesitant to share their dreams or ask for help from the people who are already inside their inner circle. The Collective is built for getting an outsider’s view and perspective, without the pressure.
  • This space is definitely for you if you’re craving a community where you don’t have to figure shit out alone, and it is definitely for you if you’re a little woo-woo-spiritual and excited about being in a space that’s free from fakeness, bro-hustle, and boss-babe-BS.
  • The Collective allows you to be yourself on good days AND bad days (and to have a group of people supporting you, no matter what).
  • If you’ve found yourself in the past learning all.the.things and trying to do.all.the.hacks, only to get in a state of overwhelm and inaction (or even inconsistent action or direction), you already know that what you really need is help committing to a point of focus and following through for as long as it takes so you can start (and continue) to experience the kind of success we both know you’re capable of.
How will this group help me address burnout, decision-making, or boundary-setting?

This group is designed specifically for highly-educated, driven professionals (usually licensed and/or certified in some specific skillset) who are tired of feeling burned out and overwhelmed. We dive deep into practical strategies for setting and maintaining boundaries, managing expectations, and making aligned decisions. Each week, you’ll have the opportunity to create a personalized mini action plan for yourself that will help you take back control of your life.

Do you do groups just for certain professions, or is it mixed?

Great question. It depends! (That’s a lawyer joke 🤣) If we have enough people to make a separate group that’s just one industry – lawyers, social workers, educators, accountants, designers, etc. – then we’ll do that. However, all the groups will meet together for the Touch Point so that you can still get the benefit of the diverse opinions and experiences, which will help you expand your network and opportunities, too. If you have a group of colleagues and you’d like to start your own group with me, we can do that, so long as everybody is on board!

Okay. I’m interested, but I’ve tried groups before and they didn’t work. How will I know The Collective will help me?
  • The Collective forces you (willingly! 😂) to get crystal clear on who you are and to do so intentionally. This is about shifting away from being distracted by shiny objects or things that feel more important and urgent in the moment (and somehow, which never include what you need for yourself … and I don’t even wanna guess how long it’s been since you did something nice for yourself). It’s built to help you continue to move in the direction you need, for a long enough period of time to actually build momentum. And then once you’ve got momentum, the habits and discipline can follow.
  • You’ll continue to deepen the hard work that I’m sure you’ve already been doing – lots of self-help books and maybe even in therapy, yeah? – and you’ll have the opportunity to get a better feel for your unique path in the world, not just what you THINK you should be doing.
  • By meeting on Zoom, you’ll be able to meet people from all over the world that you wouldn’t have met otherwise. You’ll tap into the magic of the hivemind and together, we’ll help you come up with creative solutions to get you unstuck in your next steps – in your jammies!
  • Through dedicated time together, The Collective provides you with the accountability and structure you need (and I know you want!). It’s about helping keep you digging deeper and to keep you making those aha realizations you need to stay on track to make your dreams a reality, even when life and work gets hectic. And trust me, I know it’s hectic. I used to work 100/120-hour weeks; I built a multi-million dollar company from scratch … and then I walked away when it didn’t fit who I was anymore.
  • The Bottom Line? The Collective helps you continue to turn your vision into realistic, overwhelm-free steps that you can chip away at easily and more quickly. And, you get to do it in a joy-filled environment. Who would want anything other than a warm, welcoming, open, and synergistic fold of love? 🥰
Is Sheila actually credible? What makes this group unique?

As an attorney, social worker, educator, coach, and consultant, I have personally navigated the challenges of burnout and overwork that this group offers a solution to, and I have guided thousands of others, too, so it’s a blend of practical experience and professional expertise. My unique approach, combining real-life insights with actionable strategies, sets this group apart from more generic offerings you might see on the internet. You’re actually going to IMPLEMENT the things you learn – not just leave all of this in a PDF / Course graveyard, because you’ll have Gentle Accountability™ with me and our group of other badass professionals like yourself.

Do you have sliding scale options? How much does it cost?
  • There are no discounts for paying in full and everyone pays the same – this ensures an equitable and egalitarian experience for everyone. After you’ve completed your first six months, you’re welcome to continue with us, and we’ll talk about that when it’s time!

* To give you an idea of what these kinds of groups cost, I currently pay $600 a month for a monthly group I’m in with other business owners; I’ve also paid $1000 a month for another group that I was in a few years ago. When determining the fee, it was important to me to put this in a “hell yes” range so it feels good to you of course, but also, so that it feels good to me as an equitable energy exchange. I also want you to have some skin in the game, but the price is not so high that it feels like you have to choose between your mortgage and us.

Why is it only $555/month? Honestly, I was expecting it to cost more. Seems sketch.
  • One, you’re probably already investing in yourself (i.e. therapy, yoga, a coach,, a gym, etc.), so charging you an insane amount to be together as a group seems unethical to me. I care about you. I want to support you and I’m trying to find a nice middle ground for all of us.
  • Two, this is not 1:1 coaching. It is also not a do-it-for-you space. This space is one of facilitation, guidance, and advice: an expert-led, peer-mentorship Mastermind.
  • Three, if you want 1:1 coaching with me, there will be a special link to book VIP Days and  Strategy / Get Shit Done Sessions if you want more high-touch support. These will be reduced prices because you’ll be in The Collective. So, think of it like an investment on top of your investment. Like interest – but you get the benefit of that math. (If you decide you’d rather do 1:1 work with me, you’d have access to The Collective as part of our work together.)
  • Four, I am here for you for the long-term. So, let’s build the space that we love together, and continue to grow your life and career with the clarity, confidence, and courage you deserve.
Is the investment worth the benefits?

The Professional Collective is an investment in yourself and your future. The insights and tools you’ll gain are transformative and can lead to significant improvements in your work-life balance, family relationships, and overall well-being. It’s about taking actionable steps towards living a life that truly aligns with your values and desires. So, do I believe it changes lives? Yes. Do my clients believe it’s changed their lives? Yes. But only you know your level of commitment to changing yours.

How will this experience contribute to my growth or help me in my life?

Beyond just helping you manage stress and avoid burnout, this group (and all the resources you’ll gain access to) will equip you with tools to enhance your relationships and decision-making skills. You’ll learn how to communicate your needs effectively, set realistic expectations, and make confident choices—all crucial skills for advancing in your life and taking big leaps.

Is the content relevant to both my personal and professional life?

Absolutely. The skills and insights you’ll gain are designed to be universally applicable, whether you’re setting boundaries at work, managing expectations with family, or making personal life decisions. It’s about creating a holistic approach to living a joyful and thriving life, both professionally and personally.

Will this group help improve my work-life balance and well-being?

Yes, if you work the plan! Our core focus is to help you create a life that balances your personal responsibilities with your professional needs and desires. We provide actionable steps to help you establish boundaries, set clear expectations, and make decisions that align with your goals, ultimately leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

How is the group structured, and is it convenient for my schedule?

Each group runs for six months, meeting twice a month. If there’s one group, then our longer call is the second Tuesday of the month in the evening and our touch point call is usually on the fourth Tuesday. If there’s more than one group, then we will have a longer call scheduled in the second week of the month, and everyone in all groups attend the touch point call on the fourth Tuesday. All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home or office or while traveling. We do not record sessions, however, I will post recaps with the activities we did (and everyone else’s takeaways and realizations) so you can catch up at your convenience and be ready for the touch point call.

What support and resources will be available during and after the six months?

You’ll have access to live sessions, interactive exercises, and a supportive community of like-minded professionals. Between calls, you can continue the conversation and get support through our private Circle community, where you can ask questions, share wins, and stay connected. Additionally, you can always schedule time one-on-one with me here.

Are there continuing education credits or certifications available?

While this group does not offer traditional continuing education credits, the practical skills and strategies you’ll learn are invaluable for your professional and personal growth. It’s a deep dive into personal development that often goes beyond what standard CE courses offer, however, I do CEs regularly and include some of what we’re discussing here inside of those CEs. Reach out if you want to chat about turning this group into an ongoing CE for your organization/firm, and note that this would likely count toward professional development, so funding might be available through your work.

Is there a money-back guarantee or satisfaction guarantee?

I believe in the value of this group and am confident you’ll find it transformative. However, if you attend the sessions, do all the homework, implement your plans, and still genuinely feel you haven’t gained any value, reach out and let’s talk. Review our Policies about how to request assistance. Payments are contractually binding for the full amount.

Last Question: Can you give me registration details about how the Membership works?

Sure! It’s a six-month dedicated membership, following the normal calendar year. Each new group starts twice a year: in January and in July.

  • A membership is for the entire six months. You can continue in future six-month periods, but if you want to Pause your membership and not continue past a six-month period, you agree to give me a 30 calendar days’ heads up before the next Start (the 1st day of each Start is January 1st and July 1st, which means I need to know no later than November 30th for January, or May 31st for July).
  • You’ll register with a link that works like a recurring invoice. I will give this to you after we chat about whether Collective is a good fit for you.
  • NOTE: The Collective can be viewed as business / professional development. Check with your CPA as to how the expense can be logged for your taxes. And, if you work for someone else, check to see what professional development funds are available to you. It might not even need to come out of your pocket.
  • Payments are monthly; there are no pay-in-full discounts to keep this as equitable as possible. Not everyone can afford to pay ahead and I do not want to penalize people because their resources are different from someone else’s. Payments will automatically charge your card according to your choice.
  • On the day you register, you’re choosing when you’ll have the recurring payment. You’ll need to make the payment by the last day of the month for the next month; if you do not pay timely, I reserve the right to Pause your access to our group calls and shift you out of the Circle group until you’re caught up (indefinitely). Payment terms will be on your invoices, and are also included in the Special Terms and Conditions on my site.

BONUS: As a part of your membership in The Professional Collective, you’ll have access to “Building Blocks,” my Signature On-Demand Program, so you can:

  • figure out and clearly define what it is you really want – what will provide you with the fulfillment, happiness and anything else you’re missing – which in turn helps you understand why you’ve felt so miserable
  • understand what’s keeping you stuck (and what got you stuck in the first place), so you can finally break the cycle and start making a plan to get what you want
  • walk through the process of creating a step-by-step action plan that won’t require you to burn your life or career to the ground, but will allow you to start making immediate improvements while planting seeds for your longer-term goals
  • learn how to reconnect your intellectual and emotional knowledge so you become a better decision maker – which is the key to avoiding getting stuck again – and ensuring that you create YOUR version of success

Fun Fact: Before it was The Professional Collective, the group was called Building Blocks!

“Before joining I was apprehensive because I did not know what to expect or if it would be worth my time. As a mom, wife, and therapist I encourage people around me to achieve their dreams but I knew this was my time so I took a risk. The best risk because I have invested in myself. I have gained clarity and courage through this process. Who knew everything I needed was inside of me and I just needed this to pull it out of me! Forever grateful!”

– Jamie

“Going through this gave me the tools not only to make a plan but more importantly to find my why and to express my why in my own voice. The program helped me to build, literally, one block at a time from my earliest idea of what I want to do into an actionable plan in my own words. I am extremely happy with the outcome and forever grateful to Sheila for her guidance and belief in me along the way!”

– Kim
